Etsy weirdness

I just had a convo from a potential customer. She had favourited one of my beadsets but when she came to purchase it, she could not see it in my shop. I looked and I could not see it either except for when I clicked on her link from her favourites. I had not deactivated it, it had not expired and I was not editing it, but it definitely was not there. I have relisted it from her link but it seemed really weird.
Anyone else had anything like this happen?

 as a looker i have added things to my basket without realising it (clicking my arrow when its in the wrong place ) so maybe someone else did that , i dont know how long it takes etsy to catch up when someone puts something in then back from their basket
