I really wanted to enter but found the categories just to difficult for me to come up with an idea for, I had one idea for fauna but didn't have the skills to carry it out and thinking for something for curiosity just lost me completely.

Oh dear! Well...I suppose it is a little late for ideas...but Fauna covers anything in the animal kingdom, including marine creatures, birds, mammals, reptiles, insects, spiders - even microscopic animals!

And curiosity is a very open theme, for example, most of my work is about my curiosity experimenting with glass; structure, colour, reactions etc. And most of us are curious to see what comes out of the kiln!

Anyway...just a couple of days left to get something in the post to me. At the moment there are only 3 entries for the Jewellery categories and one for the Beginner bead(s).  Cry

I showed Mum what I'd made today and she could tell what it was so that's a relief.  Today has been a little full of drama, last night at 19:14 I ran out of GAS!  Fortunately though with the help of my Dad I managed to get more.  Having lost my tempter and been all stressed this morning coz I couldn't find the tool to remove the tank, this afternoon's sesson at the torch with the new tank has been some what calmer and hopefully productive!

Fingers crossed for what the kiln fairy give us

Phew posted my beads today, pleased with the concept wished I'd had more time to spend making them, but still, this time last week I didn't think I'd have anything to offer at all!  Smiley

I'm umming and ahhing now.

I love the beads I have made, a little too much. They make me want to keep them and not fill out the form and pop them in the post.

I know I should but...

I guess I should just bite the bullet and send them, I can always make more, I think.

Eek - I only remembered this morning that for this comp you have to post the actual thing rather than emailing a photo  Shocked
However, I did get something finished and posted so you now have 4 entries for the jewellery category  Grin

I've just been cleaning mine, the dremel has decided that two of the beads weren't good enough.  Just as well I made 4 different types.  Roll Eyes

I'll get them boxed and posted tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who entered  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Kiss Kiss Kiss

I am still waiting for one entry that I know about which has been delayed in the post - probably due to the postal strike last week. So, if you've entered but not told me about it yet then please get in touch, as it might have got caught up too!
