Just bought one, I'm now in a flat  ;D

But I have no idea where to start, please could somebody offer me some advice?
I imagine the ideal place for the connector is to be near the flashback arrestor, so as little tubing goes out on the balcony with the propane as possible - have I got the right idea?

If so I assume that I need to cut the hosing in two, will It just cut with strong scissors?

Sorry for the ignorance - I know nothing!!  ::)

Thanks,
Anna

Yep, you need to cut the hosing, although I don't know if scissors will do the job, I used a stanley knife.  I got Martin at Tuffnells to talk me through it - I have it about 12 inches away from the flashback arrestor.  You need to use a bit of welly to get the thing in the hose though.

Thanks Sue, I will kick some propane hosing butt in the morning!

Does the connector need to go a paticular way round?

Not that I was told, but I have the female bit inside and the male bit outside - it just seemed to make more sense that way?  Blimey, I just read that back  ;D

Loads of welly?  It's a proper pain, putting one of those on.
