Hi what is the best size crunch to get i,m looking at marie louise,s one,s should i get the single or duo any help in deciding great,ly appreciated.

I think it's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string - everyone will have a different answer Cheesy

This is the one I have and I love it and can recommend it but you may make different sized/shaped beads Huh

Before I bought the beadpress crunch I used this one  as a crunch as well as a pillow.

i think you should go for a duo my dear...a choice in thickness and height when you need it. I've got one of maria louisas doubles and its fab Smiley
