Stained glass artists needed !

Hi guys,

Been a long time since i've been on here, but really need some help.

I am doing a stained glass piece for my as art course and i need some 'artist research' and thought it would be good to find someone who i could 'interview' as it means I could get all the information i need.

Is there anyone on board??

I've done some stained glass in the past so fire away and I'll see if I can answer. If not, I think I know a man who can. Also have a look at the message board of http://www.stainedglassnews.co.uk/. There haven't been many posts of late but you may glean something there. For stained glass software, see www.dfly.com There is a 30 day free trial available foryou to play with if you want. I've had the software for years, the Professional Plus version. Here's a picture of a stained glass cartoon I designed from a photo of the head of a friend of my daughter's.

Never got around to making the panel though as it still needs a bit of tinkering to make some of the pieces cuttable.

Wow! I didn't expect this many responses, thank you all so much.

Unfortunately I'm only allowed to write about two artists otherwise it would be a book with no work of my own (if i got it my way anyway lol)

As the wonderful Tan has already helped me out (thanks again) I only have room for one more.

So, as Pat was the first one to reply after Tan I have chosen to go with you, if that is still ok?
