Quick question - there seems to be 2 FHF pages on FB http://www.facebook.com/FHFteamand http://www.facebook.com/fhfteam.on.etsywhich one shoule we post in please? I did notice the second one has a lot more followers ......... and also some spamming on the page. If we want to use this one, I can offer my help as an admin and delete these postt - keep it clean and about us! |

One is our profile which we needed to be able to make a fan page at the time (I think that the rukles have changed since), the first one is the link I would like the team to use to promote their Etsy listings. http://www.facebook.com/FHFteamThe spamming is a FB wide plague and I try to remove it as soon as i spot it - I get email notifications about every post so I can easily track any junk that goes up - FB is playing up for me this morning but I'll bin and ban asap. FYI when posting links to your shops please try not to include the URL in the status bar, FB is treating them as Spam. If you're finding it's the only way to get the link to show correctly, include whilst writing and then remove once the link has attached. Did that make sense to anyone? Ruth x

Erm..... not sure. When I just shared something on the team page wall, from my page, I don't get a status bar, I just get a share, photo, link or video. Did I put it in the wrong bit? Been a while! |

I've been finding lots of posts in the Frit 'Hidden' section that seem to have been on the Wall at some point (ie. have likes)and then FB has moved to spam. The only thing in common appears to be these included URL's. Think it's when you put a post directly on the FB page not from Share. Your post is still there at the moment Dawn so will see what FB does over night!
I've also seen another page mention this same thing so think it's relatively new, wish they'd leave things alone!

I already do, Jo - you can't do anything at all if you don't 'like' a page first. Just double checked, unliked and got nothing. But I only get a share, not a status - I thought you only got status on profiles (as opposed to fan pages) I've noticed people are still using the FHF profile, I thought we were supposed to use the fan-page - sorry if I have misunderstood x |

Just took a look at FHFteams profile page - everything on there is either fed automatically from the teams blog or is a treasury I have shared direct from Etsy  |
