Paypal bill

Don't know where to ask questions about the forum - hope this is suitable...
I have recieved a request for payment of £25.00 (presumably for the banner) to Frithappens via email from Paypal. I get so many bogus emails from them that I thought I should check here before coffing up.
Let me know and I will forward payment straight away.

Not quite the same, but I have just tried to pay the bill to Tuffnells, with paypal direct debit. I got a reply saying that my sending limit was exceeded (whatever that means) and that I should set up direct debit on the form. Thought it was strange as I already have that set up. It asked me to send my bank account details.
Needless to say I haven't done this, I suspect a scam.
It did look official and had Tuffnells written at the top, but it is nothing to do with Martin.
